Walmart Distribution center (Surrey)- The “fulfillment center” at 18860, 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 9V2 is about 300,000 square feet and is expected to open in early 2022 and will provide fresh and frozen food to 60 British Columbia Walmart stores with a focus on sustainability and no waste.

Sobeyes  Distribution center (Surrey) – Sobeys plans to build 530,563. square Ft. of warehouse and distribution facility in Campbell Heights Industrial Area, South Surrey. Much of the building – planned for 18890 22 Ave. – is to be refrigerated to allow for the handling of products and other food products according to the development proposal.

Warehouse Developments in Abbotsford​

Univar Canada Inc. has a proposal to build a 68,000-sqft distribution facility on a five acre site located at 3256 McCallum Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2S 7W6. Univar says the plant will employ around 50 people.
