How much weight can a Pallet Jack lift?
Pallet jacks (palletjack) also known as pump truck (pumptruck), hand jack and several other names is a piece of equipment designed to pick up pallets and roll them for easy handling.
A Hand Pallet Jack can lift from 2,200lbs to 5,500lbs depending on the model of the pallet jack.
How to use a Pallet Jack
To use a pallet jack you must first lower the forks by squeezing the pump handle. Then you guide the pallet jacks forks into the pallet. Next you reset the pump mechanism to “pump” and moving the handle up and down to raise the pallet jacks forks. Once the forks and pallet is elevated you can freely move the pallet and pallet jack.
