Body Odors in the Container

When working with a partner unloading a container you need to make sure to respect your partners nose.

What odors to expect when inside a Container

Respecting others includes not emitting smells especially when in a closed space like a shipping container, these smells can  include:

  • Armpit Odor
  • Burping
  • Farting
  • Spitting
  • Sweating

How to Prevent Odors While inside a shipping container

no farting sign

Armpit Odor

Odor from the armpit is easily preventable, just use Antiperspirant and Deodorant. It is important to use both because Antiperspirant will help reduce sweating, while the Deodorant will help keep a fresh smell.

Burping

When you feel like burping as a common courtesy it is best to step outside the container to burp before returning back in to the container.

Farting

Just like burping it is best to let one rip outside the container.

Spitting

Do Not spit inside the shipping container, if you must spit go to the washroom.

Sweating

Do Not spray your sweat everywhere, instead use a towel or sweat band to control dripping sweat. Your partner will not appreciate being spread by your sweat.
