Terms and Conditions

1.1.1.Clear description of products or services
Unloading service- Workers will arrive on site to unload containers of their contents by hand.
Loading Service- Workers will arrive on site to load containers by hand.
Co-Packing- Workers will arrive on site to co pack products by hand.
Re-Packing- Workers will arrive on site to re pack products by hand.
Cross-Docking- Workers will arrive on site to unload product and then load that product to another container.
1.1.2.Payment terms
Invoices are sent out weekly and are due 30 days after receipt.
1.1.3.Warranties or guarantees
N/A
1.1.4.Liability limitations
We are covered by WCB and Liability Insurance.
1.1.5.Refund or return policies
There are no refunds.
1.1.6.Delivery timelines
Service will be delivered at the agreed upon time. In case this is not possible the client will be contacted prior, and service will be re-scheduled.

1.1.8.Terminating the agreement
We do not believe in contracts, service can be stopped at any time at the discretion of LumperHQ. Clients may stop using service at any time without penalty.
1.1.9.Governing law
We follow the Provincial Laws of British Columbia and the Federal Laws of Canada.
