Requirements companies look for when hiring new truckers

  1. Minimum 1-2 years class 1 driving experience
  2. Prefer previous LTL city Pick up and Deliver experience
  3. Experience with power tailgate and power pallet jacks preferred
  4. Must demonstrate ability to maneuver truck in tight spaces.
  5. Able to follow safe operating practices when working in and around landfill.
  6. Have working knowledge of the area.
  7. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with Customers and Dispatchers.
